Sale and terms were good. Getting documents so I could register were poor. Purchased on the 11th and told 3-4 business days and the documents would be overnighted and I would be notified. I've made contact twice with sales and told they would overnight yesterday morning the 23rd. No updates so I called the business office today, the 24th, and told the were sent today certified mail. That means it could be another 3-10 days. I can understand delays but lack of communication from sales with both me and staff is terrible. Will not do business with them again.

Was not prepared. Truck was not full of diesel when we arrived, then only put $50 in it. The second key was missing and still have not set up to get another one. They were very unprofessional.
